Classic Tonkotsu Ramen - Peoria

Had the steamed dumplings and spicy pig eggs. Both were excellent, the dumplings were light and tasteful, the pig in the ramen was so tender that it melted in my mouth. The heat was present in the broth, but not exaggerated. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Amazing authentic ramen place! I was so happy to see a ramen place finally in peoria!! Everything was fresh and tasty! I had the roast pork miso and my brother had the spicy beef miso soup! My broth was rich and the pork was melt in your mouth! The beef in the other one was sweet and salty, amazing! I can’t wait to go back! The egg rolls had a light crisp shell good!!

First time eating ramen here!! It was amazing, I'll tell you that ; Our waitress was super sweet and kind. Love her! All in all I'm so happy Peoria got a ramen joint. Definitely coming back to use my punchcard.

Prices are fair. Chicken miso ramen was tasty, and the vegetable lo mein was delicious. Not a fan of the dumplings but, was still ok.

Not the best but not horrible when u want ramen so so bad. I would recommence shoyo over miso
