Chef Moussa Mediterranean American Cuisine

We visited this cozy restaurant with friends, and you’re sure to enjoy it. The host is incredibly friendly and gives you plenty of time to decide on your food choices, and is more than happy to provide extra bread if you need it. We ordered several dishes that were hard to keep track of, but you absolutely must try their falafel platter. Additionally, their burgers and fries stand out as some of the best in Peoria, especially if you're looking for a delicious vegetarian burger.

The Mediterranean cuisine of my dreams! There’s an incredible variety of vegan dishes, all incredibly fresh! My husband and I enjoyed every single thing we tasted. The portions were generous, and the service was warm and welcoming. We can’t wait to return!

The hummus is authentic, and I can't rave enough about the falafel—it's massive, perfectly crunchy, not greasy or tough, and bursting with flavor. And let's talk about the gyro meat; it's super juicy and full of flavor, without being fatty or mushy. The portion sizes are generous too. My husband and I ordered two main dishes, an appetizer, and baklava for dessert, and we ended up with three take-home boxes! All this for just over $50! I honestly would have paid double for such an amazing meal. We can't wait to return!

Wow. I visited the city and chose Chef Moussa from the reviews. The food was incredible, the homemade Pita, just wow. And to round it off, we were treated by the owner himself as a license. I can't recommend Chef Moussa enough. I'll report to Peoria for the next time. Come support this excellent restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

We ordered to go and we so impressed with our Falafel Platters! I wasn't able to finish and it tasted just as good the next day as leftovers. Delicious food, friendly service and family ran. We found a new favorite place!
