Grand-Hotel, Port-Blanc - Penvénan

A good stop to eat some oysters, a burned cream and a good coffee Beautiful view of Port Blanc

Grand is nothing at this hotel. Port Blanc is a nest with a small coastal road where the hotel is beautiful. It is the only hotel wide and wide. All rooms (less than 20) have sea views and the terrace over the streets is located directly by the sea. There are renovated and unrenovated rooms. I didn't see the first one, and the latter struck in summer 2017 as a double room with 92 euros. Renovation here means the cheapest facility. wardrobe? However, the rooms were clean. Our question whether the room price includes breakfast was negated. And since the food in the hotel restaurant was not intoxicating, we did not have breakfast at the hotel and drove every morning into a bistro into the nearby Penvénan. The hotel bill, on which a daily breakfast was charged, was particularly pleasant. Sitting on the terrace and what to drink is beautiful to descend in the house or eat I cannot recommend.

I only tested the Brasserie part of the Grand Hotel so my opinion is very limited on all its proposals of the place (hotel,restaurant, bar,... . The welcome is particularly confusing, very unfriendly when we arrived and asked to have a table for 4 but we were kindly told that there was a world on the terrace (Ha bon ? I didn't see... and we had to figure out a table (Ok... . So after 15 minutes of table hunting, we came back victorious! (For information it was the only thing that was in the corner, otherwise you doubt that I would have gone hunting elsewhere; We get rid of the table and we can order and there we become customers so the servers become friendly! I told you to be unruly... correct prices, quality of consumption too. No original beers at the pressure but The Philomene at the bottle that's brewed in the corner. So on the other hand, yes, their major asset is location, the view is magical especially at sunset!
