Voodoo Bbq Grill - Pensacola

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. I brought my leftover ribs home and reheated them a few days later, and they were still delicious!

I had heard a lot of great things about this restaurant, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. When we received the bill, we were shocked to see that it was $50 for just the two of us. The portions were small and the food was just average, especially considering the price. We have dined at New Orleans Grill, which is not far from here, and received a much better value for our money. It seems like this place has been taken over by a corporate franchise, and it just doesn't have the same charm or quality as a local, family-owned restaurant. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was decent, but ultimately, we were not satisfied with the amount of food we received for the price we paid. If you're looking for good barbecue, I would recommend checking out a mom and pop restaurant instead. You can see for yourself in the photos attached.

I ordered the Barbecue Burger, which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. It was very filling. I also tried the Gumbo and Corn Pudding, both of which were tasty. The Gumbo had a nice spicy kick and was a generous portion. The Corn Pudding was also very filling. I enjoyed my meal and the service was quick. I would recommend this place for both burgers and barbecue dishes, as I had both during my visit. Keep up the good work!

We placed an order for pickup at this restaurant through Google Maps, but when we arrived, they had no record of our order. It is recommended not to use the Google Order link here. Despite the initial hiccup, we placed our order at the counter and were pleasantly surprised when our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. We have no complaints about Voodoo - the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was cool and the service was good. We definitely plan to return to this restaurant in Cowgill City.

So I was on this BBQ **** and decided to check VooDoo today. First, I'd like to say EVERYONE was so kind? You have a lunch special consisting of a sandwich, side and drink for 9.99 tx I choose the chicken sandwich with its bbq baked beans?. Not disappointed! The chicken was smoked for perfection! I'm not a spicy eater, but these beans only had the right kick. You got sauce at the table? I just tried two out of three, but they were okay. I prefer a thick sauce, but that was still good.
