Union Public House - Pensacola

My first experience in UPH was fantastic and this place will be a meal I will not forget soon. You must have the pig dog. Oh, my God. Atmosphere is wonderful, care and professional waiting staff. I visit Pensacola once or twice a year and I greet someone before my next visit who brings me a shaft back to Villa Rica (GA). It's a must.

We got food and drinks that have just recently been added to the menu (the salmon and the grilled cheese with a lavender mojito) and I hope you never take them out of the menu! 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a must try if you are a local or just passing through Pensacola! The bourbon drink with apple butter is to die for!! (I can’t remember the exact name). The pickle brine fried chicken is heavenly. Who thinks to brine chicken in pickle juice? A genius, I tell ya!!! Also make sure to try their potato salad if you’re a potato salad connoisseur like myself. We will be back!

The Best restaurant in Pensacola!! Service with Susanne was excellent. Mussels were the best we’ve ever enjoyed. Scallops and the Pork Shank very good with excellent sides!! Definitely recommend!!

Super yummy food! We ordered 3 entrees and split it between the 5 of us and it was plenty. Our fave was the brisket sandwich on the cornbread.
