Absolutely love Eric's food, and Two Birds is a reflection of his passion and skills as a chef. Big food doesn't have to be complicated, and two birds make it clear. I tried the whole menu and it's all absolutely delicious. I must say the shrimp heads, the hot chicken bread and the Korean pork are my favorites, but you will not go wrong with anything you choose. Best food at the Pensacola Food Truck Festival! The pigs belly Flatbread and Brisket Flatbread were so amazing!!! Will definitely be back to eat PCOLA!!!
