The Wine On Palafox - Pensacola

Went here for an early dinner with some of my lady friends after attending a local performance (The Cat's Meow) at the Little Theater nearby. I ordered the goat cheese plate...delicious!!! My friends ordered the ahi tuna burger. She said it was very tasty. My other friend ordered the Shrimp Salad she cleaned her plate so it must have been good!!

We had been looking forward to this dinner for a few days, and it was even better than we expected. Chef Jason truly outdid himself with an enormously delicious meal. We started with a Pensacola Bay Brewery pint and a signature cocktail Palafox Painkiller along with a Smoked Ahi Tuna Dip as an appetizer, which had a perfect smoky flavor and crispy lavash. For the main course we had the Salmon Pesto Salad and the Glazed Pork Chop. I'm not even embellishing when I say the Pork Chop was the most flavorful pork dish I have had in some time if not ever. We were amazed at the perfect presentation as well. Our server Logan took excellent care of us and brought us a delightful dessert trio with homemade Cookie Monsters, Tiramisu, and Lemon Mascarpone Cake. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and insanely delectable food and drinks. Go and check them out; you will not regret it!

Nice location. We stopped during a very busy time. We were well taken care of. Food was great! My daughter had the hamburger and she ate it all! (She never eats it all and this one was 1/2 pound) My other daughter got the BLT and their version is amazing. I had the butternut squash soup and now I want another bowl! Best I've had. My husband's fish of the day hit the spot. Blackened. A wonderful first visit. We'll be back!

Our server was great and very kind. I felt that the food was overpriced but I was treated by my niece. I ordered the Brie which was pretty good and my niece had a breakfast sandwich which was very large.

Excellent ambience and excellent service. Large burgers and an amazing hummus plate with a salad. Half price wine glass drinks for several hours not only one. Even a football match seen at the food. Will return.
