Steak 'n Shake - Pensacola

This is an incredible little gem of a restaurant, I can't believe I've never tried it before.

We came in early for dinner (4pm). We seated quickly, restaurant was about half full. Our server was prompt, attentive, and kind. We all got single steakburgers. They were delicious. The fries were fresh, crispy, warm, and seasoned perfectly. We got the following shakes peanut butter and chocolate, cookies and cream, and Reese's peanut butter cup. We are in heaven. Good thing we are back to our hotel.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff and food were both amazing, making my time here very enjoyable. All the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly, and the waitress was very helpful, checking in on me regularly to see if I needed anything. The Cajun Steak burger I ordered was delicious, especially when paired with a strawberry milkshake. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable, making it a great value. Overall, dining at Steak 'n Shake was a very pleasant experience.

I hadn't been to a Steak 'n Shake since I was a child, and being back brought back fond memories. The staff was absolutely amazing, and our waiter was great as well. Despite having other tasks to handle, he still managed to do a fantastic job serving us.

I'm impressed! The meat is quite thin, that is the point of this place! The fries are a shoe chain that is different. The burger was exactly what I ordered and I had to watch how it was made in the open kitchen. Our order was Togo, but I also watched the dining room. Customers had a cheerful attitude of Miss Sue. After midnight, she took care of 10. Matthew has our drinks. I visited the ladies' room and found it clean. I'll be back!
