Skopelos at New World - Pensacola

Skopelos was AMAZING! We loved the romantic atmosphere. The service was excellent, very professional, friendly and good sense of humor. The fish was the best fish we ever tasted! The blue berries dress on our salads was so delicious! We enjoyed our Martinis and the chocolate dessert was so rich and delicious.

Skopelos has a medium sized but high quality salad bar at noon. I was pleasantly surprised to discover sea red tuna on the bar. I also know that both their menu and salad bar had labeled gluten-free and vegan products. Great place for a business or romantic lunch.

Absolutely the most disappointing meal at this price point I have ever had. Zucchini as the daily vegetable?? At this price you'd expect at least asparagus. Lmao. I spent $400 on a limo to take my wife for our anniversary. I then spent another $200+ for an extremely lack luster dinner. The only two good things were my wife's steak was cooked to temp and our waiter was excellent. He should be working in a much nicer place where the food matches his service. I was so disappointed how our anniversary dinner went that I rented the limo again two nights later and went to the Grand Marlin for an amazing evening and dinner. If you have no taste buds and money to burn enjoy skopaloes.

Steal the New York strip. Cook right at my middle temperature I asked. The potato was a potato, nothing spectacular about it. Spargel was quite delicious and the better side. The Calamari was very good with the sauce. I wish it came with more. Cheese board, can't go wrong with that! Overall, very good meal and great place for date night.

I had the Scamp Cervantes, the fillet fish, vegetables, twice baked potatoes and a salad. I loved the mixed vegetables that contained Brussels sprouts, squash, pickled onions and zucchini. The homemade dressage was so good. I also found out about the salad bar they offer for about $10 during the week. I definitely go back.
