Sake Cafe Pensacola

My experience was totally amazing. Let me start by saying that I’m a sushi fan and been to a lot of places, but this restaurant had it right! Sushi is well made, creative presentations and very tasteful food. I love the environment, very simple, clean and unique! I don’t live in the city but I’ll definitely come back here every time!

I’m a bit disappointed in having to leave a 4 star review. The service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was great. The restaurant itself was beautiful. However, the food was subpar for me. My sushi roll was good, as were my appetizers, but my hibachi really missed the mark. We had to sit at a booth because the hibachi tables had about a 45 minute wait. I ordered the steak and scallop hibachi. My steak was chewy. The cut of steak must have been low quality. My scallops were rubbery which meant they were overcooked. The entire plate was lacking salt, but especially the fried rice. Maybe the hibachi is better with the actual chef, but I believe mine sat for a while before being given to me.Everything else was outstanding, but I was disappointed with the hibachi.

Amazing sushi! I travel for work and have been away for a little less than a year. I've had sushi in too many places to count and Sake is in the top 5 places where I've eaten sushi throughout all my travels. My guests had the habachi and loved it! I am pleasantly surprised that the quality has not changed with the new owners. The new owners are a wonderful couple and took the time to speak with me and my guests. I'll be back with family and friends to enjoy the food, the lighthearted and less stressed staff, and the better choice in music! Vegetarian options: Customizable rolls and menu items. Dietary restrictions: One of my guests is allergic to shrimp and the waitstaff and habachi chef made it a point to prepare her food first so as not to cross contaminate. This restaurant is very accommodating. Kid-friendliness: Great for family occassions, birthday parties, etc.

Absolutely stellar experience at Sake Cafe in Pensacola, Florida! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is both chic and cozy, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. The sushi selection is top-notch, fresh and expertly crafted. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with patience and enthusiasm. A definite must-visit for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine in Pensacola. Five stars all around!

I have been here twice so far and everything has been great. They have an awesome happy hour deal everyday! The sushi quality is good and tastes amazing. Also shoutout to the cucumber salad that is also delicious.
