Mcdonald's - Pensacola

I have made the drive several times at this point 1 of 5 times the order went right. Checkout take the order right, but employees fill the order rarely get it right.

I went through the drive thru and ordered an egg McMuffin. I've removed a mile and realized I have a bacon biscuit. I returned and went back through the drive thru, explained my order wrong with speaker and moved into the 2nd. Windows as dependent. Very rude woman took the bag (Bacon Biscuit), gave me another bag, and never said a word, but she just turned back into the window with her hand on her hip. A simple sorry about it would have been nice. I was the one who didn't worry you!! Rudeness is not acceptable in customer service. If you can't be anything else, be kind!

Great customer service, and the food was excellent especially for a McDonalds. What really surprised me was the manager walking around checking on his guests and making sure everything was perfect.

Was a delicious afternoon snack for after my kids got out of school. we stopped and got us all hot fudge Sundays and french fries. I use the online app without problems at all. I got some deals and rewards. The ice cream machine is working at thislocation.

Very rude, deliberately dropped my sauce on floor then handed it back to me. Expected me to use it still. They made our ice coffees without coffee. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. My daughter found a hair in her sandwich. Ispent $40 and I regretted it. Terrible customer service. I ask for dine in they put in a bag.
