Little Caesars Pizza - Pensacola

I usually don't have any issues when we order pizza from here, but tonight I had a different experience. I ordered three pizzas, two sausages, and a pepperoni. I'm not sure why I was charged for the sausages, but the main issue is that I ended up paying almost $8 for a cheese pizza instead of the sausages. I guess I've learned my lesson and won't make that mistake again.

Went in and ordered 3 pizzas and an order of wings. Had to wait on one pizza to finish. They never rang up my wings. So when I went back in they said I had to pay for them, which wasn't the issue. The issue was I already waited for a pizza to finish so I just gave up on it. Got home and turns out only the pizza I was waiting on was fresh, the other two were not. Not a very good experience.

Night cashier Carla is the Best! Always makes sure we get whatever ordered, plus any extras we might need. New manager seems to be doing good.... but i miss Josh and Kenny!

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. This is the second time my order has been given to someone else, and we have had to wait for our food as a result. The receipt had a white car listed, but someone else took the order to a red car, which shows poor service and suggests that they either can't read or simply don't pay attention. It wasn't even busy, and a line only started forming after there were four orders ahead of us. I will certainly make sure to share how negative my experiences have been on both occasions!
