Flora Bama Lounge Package - Pensacola

This restaurant experience was absolutely awful. We encountered racism and prejudice during our visit. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, a band was playing and using racist slurs towards black people and Mexicans, advocating for a border wall. The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable for all the customers present.

Please be aware that at this restaurant, you may be pushed around by other patrons trying to get to the front center stage, even if you have been there for hours. In my experience, I was unexpectedly poked in the arm by a band member and told to stop fighting, even though I was simply standing in my spot. Despite being the only one to tip the band that night, I was asked to leave after showing the fiddler the only dollar I had given. This bachelorette party turned out to be the worst I could have ever imagined, and I regret not going to a different bar. I have been to Flora Bama many times before without any issues, but this current band is truly awful.

Warning: Although the bartenders and servers are friendly, the security staff is, in my opinion, overly aggressive, rude, and poorly trained. I witnessed their harsh treatment of a 62-year-old grandmother at a VIP charity event and, as a result, I would advise my loved ones to avoid this establishment.

Flora-Bama Lounge Oyster Bar is an iconic and long-standing establishment (actually, I would go as far as to call it an institution) up here in the Pensacola, Florida area. The Flora-Bama Lounge Oyster Bar has a fun vibe and I spent many a memorable evening here. The staff is friendly and professional and the drawings are nice and cold. Before I mentioned that I would daresay that the Flora-Bama Lounge Oyster Bar is an institution here. It sits close to the Florida/Alabama state line and is just a great place. If you are up this way, I would definitely recommend a visit to the Flora-Bama Lounge Oyster Bar. It is a great place to visit and will make for a memorable evening.
