Fisherman's Corner - Pensacola

The food here is SO GOOD. Everything we ordered came out piping hot and so delicious. Our sever Brent was outstanding. It was really refreshing to have a server who seemed actually proud of the food being served from the kitchen. I will recommend this place to anyone I know traveling to or living in Florida!!

I just come for the comments! My son, JJ has been there around 15 years. He can cook, that's for sure. I'm just proud and I do hope he can see the comments! Proud mama!

Got the fried green tomatoes and it was amazing and the seafood platter blackened so good !! Save room for dessert and get the bread pudding !! The service was fast and the price is reasonable !!

The BEST meal we have had at a restaurant in idk how long! everything was great! I could write a book! the gumbo perfect roux, great flavor, ample meat, has okra. Hubby was happy to see a bay leaf since I cook with them. Seafood sampler with blackened fish (they do this CORRECTLY! , grilled shrimp, fried oysters. All good, correctly used cornmeal batter on oysters, I like a bit less of it though. Good homemade cocktail and actual remoulade(!! , not a ketchup sauce people try to call remoulade. Sides for us were the veggies (very tasty squash and zucchini and the cajun macaroni which was so yum! had a smoky flavor but not too much. The absolute godfather of this experience was the Creole Seafood Pasta. I did NOT expect to be this impressed, but it was completely amazing! I had to kick my husband out of it and package it because the plan was to save most of it for dinner. Can’t wait for dinner lol. We also ordered the praline bread pudding and the key lime pie to go. Even without the caramel whiskey sauce, the bread pudding is perfect! Can’t wait to finish it with some coffee later. The key lime pie may be the best I’ve ever had, even better than what my godfather gets in south Florida. I wasn’t a fan of the raspberry sauce but worked around it. Our server Hannah was fantastic sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and prompt. Last night we went but didn’t want to wait, but I have to say they had the most precious hostess last night! We seriously can’t wait to go back! Runs circles around next door, this is just our opinion. GET the seafood pasta!
