Fang's Poke Bao - Pensacola

Great food and quick service. Been here twice and the poke bowl is amazing. Sampling the Thai tea on my second visit was delicious, but be wary it's a comfort drink. The texture and flavor rich qualities of Fang's Special poke bowl made my second order an easy choice. The layers of flavor experienced are awesome, and are a little more diverse than even some of the best sushi. If you're looking for some healthier fare with a good flavorful twist come to Fang's. If you want something different to replace that sweet tea craving come in for the Thai tea

Terrible service and efficiency for a ?fast food? place in a food court. Waited 40+ min to get a meal (1 meal arrived in 8 min. The other in 40 min) they forgot to make the second meal and we had to have staff check on food 3 times, it wasn?t until the last time they finally made it. Food was ok- nothing noteworthy, but disrespect and poor communication to patrons and the manager arguing with me= 1 star.

Very mediocre customer service but the poké was definitely the worst part of it all. There is a sign outside of the door that says, Hawaiian poké. As a native Hawaiian who has had MUCH better poké in AZ where there is literally no sea to be found, I was highly disappointed. I left Hawaii 1 1/2 years ago and I was looking forward to finding something familiar. Nope. They put fruit, beans, and corn on a spicy ahi bowl. To pair with the 2/3 bowl of rice and 1/3 portion of ahi. Ahi that wasn 't even served as poke. It was more of an ahi fish puré. Not a pleasant texture. Poké is served in chunks. Sadly I didn 't taste it because it was my mother in law 's and she didn 't get much of a portion of ahi, but it was just sad to look at. Please adjust the portions and ingredients to fit actual Hawaiian cuisine or do not claim to serve Hawaiian dishes. Not to mention, the waiter we had was extremely awkward and took upwards of 10 minutes for one poké bowl. Never coming back.

Phenomenal service. Connor was an awesome server. He seems like he would get a good grade in a math class. Nothing too advanced like PreCal, but more like Business Math.
