Domino's Pizza - Pensacola

I really hate going to this location, service is usually bad. Today we pulled behind a Domino?s delivery driver in DT we set behind her over 6 minutes after getting the message that our order was ready. We tried dt because on a previous time the personturned the timer off and came out over a minute later . I believe I will start going to a different location but less becauseit?s farther away

I'm giving this two stars only because normally when I order delivery my order is on time and partially fresh still. Tonight when I ordered delivery my order was placed perfectly by Lucas, but then driver decided he needed to make a quick stop atStarbucks to treat himself first, instead of coming directly to deliver our meal fresh and then proceed with whatever hepleased. When he arrived my food was cold and hard like a rock, definitely nowhere near fresh. Definitely having a word withsomeone in management.

The food is consistently good, but the staff responsible for preparing the orders really struggles with reading the tickets or screens. Every time we order a specific pizza, it's always missing the buffalo sauce—it's become a recurring issue. We keep reporting it and often get a free pizza in return, but when will this end? They really need to hire someone who can read. This has happened again on September 7th at 7:00 PM.

I ordered a pizza, and it never arrived. If you're looking to waste your money, this is the place for you.

Domino's pizzas are delicious and a family favorite for us. However, the customer service at the location on 1001 E. Nine Mile is disappointing. The woman managing the store is rude and seems uninformed. About 20 minutes ago, I placed an order for a medium Extravaganza pizza and specifically asked them to ensure the driver had the correct change. The manager refused to honor my rewards points, and when the delivery driver arrived, he pressured me for a significantly large tip. Naturally, I declined and politely sent him away with the pizza. It is my choice whether or not to tip, and nobody should feel forced to give anything!
