Enjoyed ice cream as a family. Order 5 cones/bowls and recieved them promptly and efficiently. Service was top-notch. Great way to enjoy plaza.

I stopped by for a scoop of ice cream while watching the activity at the end of Palafox. The person serving me was polite and patient. He gave me a very generous scoop of the flavors I picked and a taste of a flavor I didn't have before. It made my evening. THANKS!

The official name is Deluna's Chat and Chew. It's by the waterfront/pier across Jaco's. I had a waffle cone of heavenly hazelnut which was $4.25 plus tax. It's dark chocolate base and it was decent. The hours posted was 11am to 5pm daily.

Poor customer service... showed up with a friend and tried to order ice cream. The cashier take one order then walked away. Came back with the order and still never took my order. So I got to watch my friend eat ice cream which is akward for both. By the time she came back to me... he was almost done and I did not want to go thru ice cream eating social in reverse so i waved her off. Need more than one person working counter during busy hours. Would/will not recommend unless no other option.
