Cicis Pizza - Pensacola

Terrible, limited selections, dirty buffet. Pasta was cold definitely not kept at the required temp by health dept. Pizza was undercooked. Plastic forks that you can't even eat salad with, get real forks! Staff was nice, food was less than desirable. To top it off you have to bus your own table

Went on a Wednesday around five. The front cashier was on his phone the whole time. The older gentleman was doing his best to keep things cleaned. The food was not fresh. The atmosphere was depressing. They did ask for pizza request. Will not be back.

The buffet had 3 pizzas on it, 1 bar was shut down. I was rushed to get out, even though they were open for another 45 minutes. I heard the manager tell an employee when she leaves, lock the door , it was 8:30 when I left.

Today was good, the servers were polite and the place was cleaner than it was!! Salad was fresh and they will make a pizza for you when you request it. Now until November they have a special...$4.99 for the buffet on Monday and Tuesday. Two of us ate, with drinks, for less than $12. Go to the website and mention it to the checkout before you pay! I came to CiCi the other day when I went to the door, I heard Welcone to CiCi's! The different pizza is warm and fresh. You can order a pizza you want and they will make it for you. Really family fun place. I recommend CiCi's pizza.
