Church's Chicken - Pensacola

I went to Church's Chicken and had to wait in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. I received the correct order but when I got back to where I was staying, the chicken was warm but the biscuit was cold. It was a disappointing visit as I usually enjoy their spicy chicken.

The staff, chicken, and prices at this restaurant are fantastic! I would recommend avoiding the mega-bits as they don't taste good at all. Sometimes the drive-thru microphone doesn't work, but you can always go inside. The people are wonderful, and the fried chicken is deliciously crispy and satisfying. Just skip the megabits.

It literally takes two minutes to change your Google time. Who's your district manager? Oh, my God.

Terrible service. Asked and paid for big pommes. I have little ones. Chicken was not thoroughly cooked. Cole Slav was good and the container was full of what I liked. Service was extremely slow and I was the only one in the line. The outside of the store was dirty. It looked like nobody cleaned the parking lot last year. Would not recommend this special fast food store.

Extremely slow and disorganized. Employee's are not particularly pleasant (management was okay. Altogether, waited about 45 minutes for a simple take-out order when restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Overall cleanliness of the restaurant was in definite need of improvement. All things considered I'd recommend finding another Church's location; if you're still looking to dine with them after reading this review.
