Lovely restaurant very warm and comfortable, served by a lovely waiter . Afternoon tea looked amazing but wasn’t brilliant, sandwich were a little stale , cakes dry although they looked good . Loved the scones definitely the best part .

Service was good, the food was lovely. Wasn't expecting the inside of the building to be morden it was very clean and tidy.

Really nice hotel. Had afternoon tea with two friends with special dietary requirements. They were amazing at catering for those. However, we had to wait 45 mins before it was brought out. Not sure why it took so long but that would be my only complaint. My friends had a train to catch so we felt a bit rushed as the food came late. Otherwise, it was a superb experience.

Lovely afternoon, all the staff very helpful and courteous. At no time did we feel rushed, plenty of space between other guest and the cream tea excellent
