Dunkin' - Pennsville

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts Drive-thru store number 1630 for the second time and waited about 20 minutes to get my iced latte with sugar-free vanilla almond milk and stevia. Unfortunately, the drink tasted watered down. This was not the first time I experienced this issue. I usually go to the Dunkin' Donuts by McDonald's, but since I was at Walmart, I decided to give this location another chance. I won't be doing that again.

This restaurant deserves less than 1 star. I have visited the Pennsville location multiple times only to find that the lobby is always closed. Despite attempting to visit on numerous occasions over the past few months, the sign on the door states that the hours of operation are from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. It appears that this location is poorly managed.

The coffee is consistently bitter and the food tastes stale as if it's been left under a heat lamp for too long. I would recommend saving your time and money by going to the Dunkin' on N. Broadway across from the super Wawa instead.

The restaurant's hours are posted on the door, but when I wanted to dine in for breakfast with a coffee and a zoom conference call, I found that the drive-thru service was active, yet the doors were locked. Despite 3 personnel looking right at me, they didn't seem to care. Three other people also tried the door and struggled to understand why it was locked. While I understand that the location may be understaffed, it was frustrating.

If there are any cars in the drive through, just keep driving, do not stop thinking it will only take a minute, for every 1 car in the drive through ,it takes about 8 -10 min. The longest I?ve waited on several occasions is 40 minutes..that was 4 cars infront of me. I always get my coffee quickly as it?s just a coffee, but everyone in front of me is getting an elaborate 4 coursebreakfast that they can?t microwave fast enough, so instead of having people pull to the front they just have them sit at thedrive through blocking it for no reason. So again, if you decide you are gonna go here,make sure you have a full tank of gas.And this review isn?t morning rush hour, this is usually 10am-3pm time frame
