Rita's Ice Custard Happiness

I absolutely adore Rita's Water Ice! I have wonderful memories of visiting as a child. I don’t go there frequently, so it was a real pleasure to stop by last week.

The ice cream here isn't authentic Italian, and I thought the prices were rather steep. There are many places in Philadelphia that provide a genuine experience for a much lower cost.

It's pure bliss! The Gelato-Watermelon, especially with the frozen chunks of watermelon mixed in, is a delightful treat. There are so many flavors to choose from, you really can't go wrong. It's the best you'll find in this area!

The staff is fantastic—very welcoming and attentive. Overall, a great experience!
