A regular haunt for quality dinners for my family and special events but especially for entertaining my local, interstate and international staff and customers. Something the Hills is just void off a refined dining experience WITH a unique cocktail menu! Having a solid F&B background, the flavour profiles of the dishes are well considered which is evident by just reading the menu as are the portions as mentioned in other reviews. The service and kitchen staff are equally well refined and have substantial high end city based restarturant training and experience. The decore is not out of place or ostentatious and hits the mark with the overall intended experience. The owners are equally lovely, engaging and always have time to welcome you to their restaurant and are genuinely commited to ensuring your visit is a memorable one. Overall, simply, a great place, great food, delivered by great people.... Now, if you'd excuse me, I need to make a res for tonight as my VIC State Manager is in town.
