Wendy's - Penn Lake Park

As a first time Wendy’s diner, I was blown away by my experience. It was such a bargain and well my burger was not my favorite. The chicken nuggets and fries and sauces were delicious.

They're usually on point with my orders. There were a couple of times they forgot to add something small for my order like the salad fixings, so I always check my bag before pulling away. Everyone is friendly and efficient there and the food is delicious, as always

Same as all the other fast food drive thru 's except the girl taking the order was friendly...Parking: I went in to use the ladies room and there was a girl cleaning the sink while she was on her cellphone. There was very little toilet paper in the stall I was in, and when I washed my hands there was no paper towels. Someone called for her and she left before I could tell her.. Hard at work,,

Freshly made burgers, spicy nuggets and a delicious Creamsicle frosty, who could ask for more?

Customer service is not 100%. I have had several orders missing items over the past 3 months, the last one was missing 2 items (March 2024) and i had contacted Wendy's and was told i needed to go in to get it resolved. If the staff was more diligent in preparing packages this would not have happened. My total amount was a significant amount and Wendy's did not resolve my issue. I have not been back and will not go back. I will go elsewhere where the customer is valued.
