Buffalo Wild Wings Grill - Penn Hills

The restaurant looked clean and caring. Waitress was professional and understanding. It seemed like it took a long time for a few people. The food was prepared as ordered and tastes good. As soon as we paid with the pad at the table, it took approx. 15-20 minutes until the waitress gave us our reception, which I had to ask. But overall I would recommend

Great service, great food, best flavored steak around surprisingly. Always very accommodating and going above and beyond to make their customers happy. Any issues I've ever had have been promptly addressed and fixed satisfactory. I've never had a terrible experience here and I've been going for years. Thanks for your continued service!

The food is alright, nothing special, the best thing for me it was the appetizer platter with those delicious quesadillas and the French fries from my boyfriends quesadilla burger, the lemonade was of course artificial taste. Our waiter messed it up pretty much our entire order, so we waited around 30 40 minutes to get the wrong food : and another 10 minutes to get what I actually wanted, in the end he fixed our order but he wouldn?t know that he got us what we didn?t order if we didn?t brought it up to his attention.

Ordered curbside pickup. Overall, food was really good. I think the curbside experience should be improved. It?s kinda frustrating dealing with ppl that are seemingly working on their own terms not necessarily customer service oriented. When I arrived, I parked in the designated curbside pickup area and called to inform that I had arrived (there was nothing to click on to alert of arrival as mentioned in email). The person that answered the phone seemed bitter, busy and unavailable to speak to customers. There was a girl (employee) at another car talking to that party (also curbside pickup parking area) when I arrived. The girl went inside (after a while) and came out with their food and chatted a little more with them. I understand a casual conversation (enjoy ur meal, everything?s in the bag, have a great day) but not a full LONG conversation while other ppl are waiting. Give me my ? food so I can go? I passed many restaurants to come here, it was a choice. I?d like to continue choosing this location. She finally came over to my vehicle and asked my name (which I gave her). Darn, didn?t I call and give that info when I arrived? Was that not communicated to her? Anyway, she brought the food out and quickly walked away. I gather that she doesn?t casually thank the customers and WAS actually having a conversation with the other car as we waited for her to wrap it up. The kids meal (chicken Alfredo) had a great taste to it. The recipient said ?I give it a zero because the chicken is so small.? I?m just the messenger. I thought it was appropriate for toddlers. The Mac n cheese seems to be different (worst) from my previous orders however, this was a kids meal and it was received with love.The wonton tacos and neighborhood beef nachos were perfect and tasted as it looked (good). So yeah.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... Wanted something different and BOY WAS MY FAMILY and I HAPPY WE STOPPED HERE... SERVICE EXCELLENT... FOOD TASTY, EXPERTLY COOKED... PRICE REASONABLE FOR VALUE.. A REALLY GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO SOME OF THEIR COMPETITION... WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!
