Excellent eating! everything we had was extraordinary. the owner served us and had a full of knowledge about eating and weeping as well as some local historical information. we will return again!

We went to Le Maître De to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The food was excellent, service was friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed the live entertainment. Great evening!

The service was excellent and friendly, the food was extremely good. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will definitely recommend it to friends and will dine there again. It's really nice to have a more upscale restaurant back in town.

Wonderful food with such authentic recipes! Dave's careful, informative service added so much to the experience. Will definitely return for the perfect tortiere and the extraordinary lamb and can't wait to experience the rest of the menu. Enjoyed trying the local wine selection and appreciated the tasting so we could choose the best pairing.
