The Village Bakery Cafe - Pendleton

Every time we were there, the food was delicious and enough to fill you. The service was always good. Food is very affordable. I'm talking about the café. Beautiful atmosphere and picturesque.

I like this place, it's going well, has a wonderful staff, and it has a great lunch menu. Everything seems to be prepared from scratch every day. It also connected a Bakery to the restaurant, which, in my opinion, is done the right way. I would call it Old School classic bakery. Everything is done as it should be made very beautiful with classic techniques. If you are looking for a wonderful local flair restaurant to visit this it is. And it is right at the dowtown place to visit so many other shops. They have a brunch buffet on Sunday after the church, which is also brilliant.

My favourite place for breakfast and lunch when in Clemson. The bakery is nothing less than despicable.

We had a fantastic breakfast here! I absolutely love their omelettes and the Village Skillet Breakfast. The staff is hardworking and friendly, and the food is consistently delicious in this charming and enjoyable city. They do serve lunch during Sunday brunch, but my husband and I prefer to visit for breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

The experience was quite good overall. The staff was friendly, and while the restaurant is on the smaller side, it has a cozy atmosphere. The brunch itself was enjoyable, but I was shocked by the bill. For myself and three others—including two kids—we ended up spending $98.00, which included three Sprite drinks and one orange juice. The kids hardly ate, which we anticipated, but there didn't seem to be any discounted brunch price for children. We’ve been wanting to visit for a while, but I'm not sure if we’ll return anytime soon just because of the high cost.
