Papa John's Pizza Pendleton Indiana

Ordering was always done correctly and quickly. the staff is friendly and hard working also under the terrible working conditions. the place is slightly 120°. that is not safe for employees, and the owner and/or client must fix it asap.

Ordered the meatball papida which my husband loved and I had the garlic parmesean wings. The wings needed cooked longer and I wasn't impressed with the garlic butter/parmesean cheese topping.

Really does deserve a 4 but my last order showed ready and waiting as I was standing in the store to pick it up it was just being put in the oven. Girl said something was wrong and they were working on the website. I'm sorry but I feel like she may have been pulling my leg. I wasn't the only one effected. They were busy but let's not play with the cook times! They are what they are.

Pizza is normally good but all ways so frustrated with ordering over phone bc I am assuming they are outsourcing their calls and tbere is all ways miscommunication and I have a hard time understanding the person I am talking to.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I always have the worst experience every time I give this location a chance. More than 2 hour wait times for delivery. The pizza has been delivered cold more than once. The staff that answers the phone, IF it's answered, is argumentative and rude. The pizza is sloppy and sometimes doesn't have all of the ingredients ordered. I will never order from this Papa John's again. Do yourself a favor and just order from Pizza King!
