The Lounge Barrowford - Pendle

We were looking forward to a relaxing Saturday afternoon with friends, enjoying cocktails and delicious food. We typically would go to Wills across the street, but decided to try this place instead. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. The two staff members on duty were rude, incompetent, and lacked basic customer service skills. It was not even busy, with only 4 other customers in the restaurant, so there was no excuse for such poor service. It was a disappointing experience.

Excellent food, it was good quality and cooked exactly as requested. Lovely efficient staff. Immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

Came for the breakfast deal, full english and hot drink for £9.50 and wow it was good! Coffee artisan standard, eggs light and fluffy, mushrooms seasoned excellently, bacon crispy not leathery. Staff fab with our ‘fun’ 18 month old baby! Sunday mornings have a new routine

Just had a coffee here but saw some of the food others had. It is a lovely town centre cafe/bar/eatery with some outdoor space too. On the roadside but a very nice place to while away an hour with friends. Well worth a visit.

If I could give zero stars I would Horrific place. Avoid at all cost! Very sub standard. Only visited this place as Will’s across the road had no bookings. Food was poor, not as described on the menu. Staff .. just ok! All seemed brand new. Decor of the place was nice. Please please just go to wills or even kfc.
