Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant again this morning after a quick stop and it was just as good as last time. I am still very pleased to recommend this small sandwich shop.
We stopped in burnley overnight after visiting my son and his wife yesterday.Drove back to Nelson this morning feeling hungry and wanting to eat before the drive back to teeside. My lad suggested that just across the road was a sandwich shop that did hot food too. Got myself and the Mrs a breakfast box. the food was cooked well and not cheap and nasty like some roadside vendors sell .the bacon was thick and cooked perfect the sausages were lush and the black pudding was the best ive had from a cafe ever. the 2 ladies who run the place were very friendly and they cook the food in view so you know its fresh . I will be returning next time I visit the area and would recommend it to everyone .it was very nice indeed .
Great spot for a fast and tasty sandwich with friendly and helpful staff. They offer a wide variety of fillings to choose from, and convenient parking right outside.
I have been a regular customer at this takeaway shop for years, but the last four sandwiches I ordered were very disappointing. The fillings were lacking, with one fatty rasher of bacon and only three halves of sausage in a bacon and sausage butty. The bread was stale and overall, the quality has really declined. It used to be busy with long queues, but the last four times I visited, I was the only customer. I will not be returning, my colleagues and I will be going to Samson's at the bottom of Smith Street instead.
Warm welcome clean and well presented. Called in at 2pm shop close to closing asked for a large ham salad and only charged £2.30 for a freshh teacake 2 slices of ham fresh salad made on request. Warm food also available and specials board. Full breakfast is excellent value and will be had when next in area.
