Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Normally I have a good experience at this location. Today I ordered a Baja wrap which I like for the toppings and roasted salsa, but as you can see, there are none. That was not the problem, as I could simply go up and ask for toppings on the side. The cashier was nice, but the lady in the back loudly said (where I and other guests could easily hear) that she did indeed put them and I was lying, even though I was polite and very clearly there are no toppings on the wrap. I was mortified and it took a lot for me to ask for toppings because I didn't want to bother them and the whole situation made me very anxious and almost cry after the lady said I was lying. The worker in the back then kept complaining (about me I'm not sure) after I sat down. Probably won't come back to this location again.

All 3 of us received extremely watered down smoothies. I go to tropical smoothie enough to know what my smoothie should taste like. I'll never return to this location.

Every single time I order from this location, my order is wrong. I decided to give it one more chance today. Not only did they forget two items from my order but I couldn't even eat the quesadilla. It was just melted cheese and pineapples. If I wanted that kind of quesadilla, that's what I would have ordered. Never again will I order from this location.

I have been to this location several times and the customer service is not there. It's very disappointing to see as I am a previous tropical smoothie employee. They reply as if they don't want to be there and with no energy. I sat there for 2 mins and everyone was on their phones in the back. Please get it together as this is a country wide franchise!
