Overcharged, the girl was rude, I asked for a receipt was told they don't give one. I asked for a breakdown of my $22 charge was told no. I asked to cancel my order refund and was also told no. Asked for the manager and guess what no one here. I should have gone to The Palacio Buffet for the same price and gotten more with people that do know customer service. Never again
I love it, food is the best and fast service , what more to ask , the prices are ok, not expensive.

The manager was extremely rude to me and actually yelled at me to go to the back of the line as she walked away refusing to help me. Let me explain. I purchased food and drinks to eat in the restaurant. When I got settled in at a table I proceeded to go to drink fountain for some lemonade. I then realized that the soda fountain did not have lemonade it was empty). I walked back to the counter and asked nicely if she could get me some lemonade. She said no we are out. I explained I do not drink soda could she then get me a lemonade from the juice container behind the counter. I explained that last time this happened yes it happened last time I was there too) that I was offered the lemon juice. She then yelled I told you we don’t have lemonade. I then said I see it what do you mean? She then said well you have to pay for that. I told her I have no problem paying but please don’t tell me you don’t have something I can see you do. Then I said I’ll have one she then walked way screaming at me. “If you want it go to the back of the line and wait with everyone else”. I was stunned and in total disbelief. I was treated so disrespectfully. I drove 40 minutes to specifically eat there like I always have done in the past because I used to think it was worth it. I used to like the food, the service and value. My entire family sisters, cousins etc would go there regularly. Well No More. If this is how little you care about your customers regular or not, then you don’t deserve my hard earned money and valuable time. Shame on you. I won’t be back. Then I found out the person who disrespected me so badly is the Manager on duty. This was today Sunday August 6, 2023 at around 5:00 pm.By the way the food today was not as good as other times. I recommend that you don’t waste your time or money. Unless you don’t care to be disrespected.
