Bidrage med feedbackWe went to lunch and thought that this caffe looked good from the outside. we are vegetarian, so vegan food appeal to us. there was a good amount of space in caffe, it had a relaxed atmosphere and the owner was very friendly. It...was a good choice on the menu, but I would have preferred to read the menu of a traditional card and not a TV screen as I felt that we didn't have enough time to muse through the selection of food. Unfortunately, when we got our food (soup), it was not properly heated, which was obviously not great. I think this place has great potential, but the last attention to detail is not there. we let us feel disappointed from eating, but glad to see a vegan caffe on the high street in haverfordwest west.
The vegan food at this restaurant is excellent, we tried the burger and chips and found it to be delicious and well worth the price. The owner is very friendly and we highly recommend trying out this café, even if you're not vegan.
It was nice to be able to know an eatery that I would not have to ask 20 about food suitability. the owner was very welcoming and very enthusiastic about veganism, and he is polite in the escape. but the caffe. is very simple. unpredictable with names and nature. I'm not big, so I tried to reach my food comfortably as the chairs are low and the tables are high. I felt like a little kid who needed a Booster seat! I ordered falafel. I couldn't have been disappointed. it was bought, and it had not been warmed up, nor had the pitta poked in which it was served. the salat garnish left a quantity to be desired, as there was a lot of brown rim salate. While I was there, he made a steady trade, but when he worked himself, there were times when he really fought. it didn't take long before he had sold out of the food and the people walked away and said he didn't expect so many customers! I saw about eight others sitting in customers, as many as he previewed? this place has the potential to be a goldmine as there is a much needed gap in the growing market of vegetarian and vegan, but he must employ some workers and be ready to have enough food to feed hungry lunchtime customers.
My husband and I stopped by the restaurant to escape the rain and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly host, delicious cakes (carrot cake and chocolate brownie), and wide selection of drinks. We will definitely be returning. The fact that they offer vegan and gluten-free options is a bonus.
My husband and I are not vegetarians or vegans, but don't let that stop you from eating here. We both ordered the 'tagine Tuesday' special, one with regular hummus and the other with a flavored hummus. Both dishes were delicious. The food was served hot with a seeded flatbread, rice, and kale on the side. For a soft drink included, the price was £5 each, which was a great value. The waiter, who may have been the owner, was very helpful and even gave me tips on baking vegan cakes because they had a great selection for sale. I wish I lived closer because this would definitely be my go-to spot for lunch.
