Tim Hortons - Pembroke

The drug addicts, homeless people, bikers, trashy people hanging out completely ruin this place. Mostly sketchy looser adults loitering in the parking lot every day same people!!!!

I went to the drive through customer service is great, very friendly staff, always smiling.

This Tim Hortons is always busy. Today, They have 4 staff working with the drive-thru full and a lineup out the door if you’re ordering in the restaurant. They are working as fast as they can, however more staff should be there to help them. It’s not fair to these people.

Good coffee. But the down town store is filled with crack heads over dosing in the bathrooms. Homeless people all over the dining room they take up all the seats and they don't even buy anything. The managers don't care cops are their arresting people almost daily

Denied service for having a service animal. Store is very cluttered and overwhelming.. will be seeking further steps with a lawyer to solve the problem as well as speak to higher up 's (Owner ,and corperate) manger proceeded to tell me my dog was not a service animal she can tell because she is not sitting by my girlfriends side. She is not sitting because she can tell my girlfriend 's anxiety is rising. Inwhich she was doing her duty to try and calm her down. Greatly despleased... will not go here as i would rather spend my money else where.
