Country Style - Pembroke

The drive thru service has always been valley friendly. The donuts, coffee and bagel sandwiches are best in the biz

We've been here a few times and the service is always terrible, the coffee and tea are terrible and the food is poorly prepared. An embarrassment to the Country Style name.

During my visit to Pembroke, I ordered a double roasted jalapeño bellows, but it was barely roasted. When I pointed this out, the employee told me that it wasn't his responsibility to show me how to prepare it properly. I reminded him that it's his job to provide what I ordered. I understand that finding good workers can be challenging, but his attitude was very unprofessional.

The restaurant seemed understaffed during my visit, which affected the service quality. There was only one person handling both the gas station and the restaurant, and it didn't work well. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

This is a small restaurant located inside a gas station. There was only one worker managing both the drive-thru and the counter. We were hoping to try their country bites, which is why we stopped, but unfortunately, their selection was limited. On the positive side, the service was very friendly.
