Wingstop - Pembroke Pines

The whole experience here has made the drain complete. we are not sure what or who happened, but this at a time was one of the best wing stops. the app tells them that you will eat in an hour and then they will come there and they will have to wait 30-40 minutes! where in food business is it okay to wait for almost 2 hours for huh? then the wings are hardly sown or not properly cleaned or cooked over. I just can't.

After a long working day, I decided to put a job. it was waiting very long. this place seems to be a lot to do, but very deorganized, regarding the staff! many employees, but only a few really work! I'm going home and my order is wrong! I'll call her to inform her. no apologies, but I was told that I should return this command! After talking to two WingStop assistants, I have to contact a manager and get back the order receipt tomorrow (because I can't come back today)!

This is the worst Wingstop!!!!!! The most unethical employees! I never expected much from Wingstop employees but I sent my daughter in to order food and she was treated as if she was trash (a 13 year old). A grown woman yelling at a child to spell her name. And the manager just stood there. I see why this place has such low reviews i will definitely be taking this matter higher.

Going to go with a three here. Ordered the lauded chicken sandwich and left to go to another store within driving distance came back and order was not completed. The team here looks disorganized past the cashier into the kitchen. Mind you this is on a Friday at 2:04 pm though my receipt placed order at 1:40 pm. Disappointed

Give these guys a raise. Working nonstop making wings and things, long hours, and constant customers. This place brings in the money regardless but can they keep their employees? Keep up the good work
