Wendy's - Pembroke Pines

I work for a delivery service and went to pick up an order from the restaurant. The lobby was closed since it was past 11 PM, so I went through the drive-thru. There's a young man who works at the drive-thru window; I see him every time I visit, and he always seems to work really hard. I hope he’s being compensated well for all his dedication. Even though it was late, he was so kind. I mentioned that my son wanted a Frosty, and he generously gave him a Jr. Frosty. I asked for just a burger for my daughter, and to my surprise, he returned with a complete kids’ meal in the bag along with my order! Earlier that evening, I had a tough time dealing with a flat tire and had to rush to the tire shop before they closed at 11 PM. It was a stressful night, but this encounter really lifted my spirits and made me feel more positive. So, if you happen to see this, thank you! Every time I come here, he’s always so sweet and hardworking. That man deserves a raise!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! I arrived last minute, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and even added some items to the menu on short notice. If you prioritize service, this is definitely the place to go. Just to note, this was on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 12:51 a.m., and the staff member who assisted me was really great.
