Sports Grill Pembroke Pines

Very disappointed with my experience there today. Placed an order for 30 flats, which I understand I had to pay extra for. When I got home they gave me 15 flats and 20 drums. When I called to tell them they made an error in my order the manager explained they couldn’t do all flats because it was Super Bowl weekend and that’s why we gave you 5 extra. They never told me that when I placed order and why would you give me extra drums when I didn’t want any drums to begin with? And on top of all that the drums were dry. What a waste of food and money. Will think twice before ordering from there again

The service sucks here and the wings came out cold and lacked flavor. Meal came out in portions and had to remind constantly the server.

Longtime customer of the Pines location (7+ years). Suzie has done an exceptional job improving the atmosphere and service. Well done, folks.

Food was fine, restaurant was not full but we wait a lot of time to be served, waiter came took our order and never came back to us to see if food was ok or need it something in top he forgot the salad bad service from the waiter.

Just went to the pembroke pines location yesterday for lunch. I’ve gone occasionally throughout the years, always giving it a try. I’m not one to write reviews but I felt that they deserved it. Yesterday they officially gained me as a new regular. They’re new bartender Susie is just phenomenal. Service was great, made me feel like family instead of just another customer. Food came fast (and was awesome) and Susie was just the sweetest. Polite, super friendly, fast service and just a pleasure to meet. Felt more like eating with family than a restaurant.
