The chef responsible for making the sushi rolls was not available, so we were unable to order them. Instead, we opted for the crispy calamari, which was just okay. The yuca with huancaina sauce was disappointing as the sauce was terrible. The fettuccine with vegetables and chicken was the worst dish of the night, as the pasta was undercooked and had to be sent back. The only dish we enjoyed was the fettuccine with pesto and steak. However, the mahi mahi a lo macho had a sauce that was too creamy and salty. The steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus was a letdown, with the steak being too dry and the asparagus overcooked. Overall, our dining experience was unsatisfactory.

I recently dined at a high-end Peruvian/Asian fusion restaurant located in Pembroke Gardens in the heart of Pembroke Pines. The ambiance was beautiful and the staff were great. The food was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the unique flavors on the drink menu. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

My wife and I decided to try out this restaurant because of its attractive appearance. When we walked in, we were impressed by the modern artsy decor and the DJ setting up outside. We really enjoyed the ambiance, and our server was polite and professional. The food was delicious overall, although we were a bit disappointed with the Caesar salad we ordered, as it was overly soaked in dressing. This minor issue is the reason why I did not give the restaurant a perfect 5-star rating.

If we can give them 1,000 ratings we would. Cocktails were amazing, I had a Peruvian vodka with passion fruit, it was so delicious!

Fantastic experience in a very nice elegant clean spacious venue. Their Peruvian, Japanese and Italian fusion menu was like no other , and the staff were all around friendly, so I will definitely be back. Pet friendly and my server made sure that my Dog had fresh water right away. The Peruvian Jalea and grilled squid was delicious and very fresh loved the Pisco sour also ????
