J.a.w. Deli - Pembroke Pines

The staff working at this restaurant are very unprofessional. They do not know how to speak to customers and treat them as if everything is free. Several customers were waiting to be served in the deli department, but because it is not technically part of the supermarket, they were being ignored. When we asked about the wait, we were told that they had to wait until there were no more customers in line. It would be wise for the management of Bravo Supermarket to monitor how their staff is treating customers more closely. We did not receive any assistance until a manager from Bravo intervened.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for enjoying Cuban cuisine at a reasonable price. It is situated inside Bravo and is consistently bustling, ensuring that the food is always fresh. I typically order the Cuban sandwich for my mother, as she is not vegetarian. I also recommend trying their Cuban coffee. The service is top-notch, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and parking is easy.
