Dunkin' - Pembroke Pines

The best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to! We visited from Georgia for a holiday breakfast in South Florida. The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly, engaging us in conversations and joking about our Marlins and Braves hats. It was a wonderful experience for our children, and the staff clearly focused on providing great service!

It's always a delight to see the young guy at the drive-thru. He's very friendly and pleasant. This is my favorite spot for wraps, glazed donuts, and delicious macchiatos!

I had a lovely experience at the restaurant today, thanks to a young woman who I believe has a name starting with a Z. She was incredibly kind to my 3-year-old son. When she noticed him eyeing a blue drink they had just prepared, she encouraged him to give it a taste. It truly made his day! Her thoughtfulness was so appreciated. I value employees who bring such a positive attitude and even introduce new products. I'm certain my son will be asking for that blue drink all the time now!

Great service and coffee was amazing. They probably ask how they can get their coffee wrong. Believe me, they can make coffee very easy. Fast and efficient, I took a friend in Cleveland Clinic for a procedure and we needed breakfast. I wanted to have it for her until she was done and they didn't disappoint me. Keep the good work Dunkin'.
