Dunkin' - Pembroke Pines

Mostly clean place. I like that it has a few comfortable chairs and a booth. I wish more DD places had comfortable seats. Service was ok, but a bit slow. Food and drinks were in line with expectations.

Such a great experience. The drive thu guarda had such patience and kindness. Her name.was Blanca I think. Promote her lol. Overall great service

Macchiato and cappuccinoare great as are most itemson the menu. Very busy at alltimes. Need to be patient foryour order.

Ive been coming here every morning to get a refresher all of sudden, Kairo Sandra wants to charge extra for just base when I've been getting this for a very long time. I understand this is a franchise told by corporate, but there's nothing written for a extra charge on base.

This dunkin is the sloooooooowest one I've ever been to! The average rate of getting a simple drink order correct is maybe 30% and that's on their good days. If it weren't for this VIP card that gives free drinks, I would NEVER come here! Overall customer service is poor and currently sitting in the drive-thru for 26 minutes... just sad!
