Donna's Caribbean - Pembroke Pines

It is obvious no one comes here for the patties when the patty combo is never available. Patties were dry and burnt, probably been sitting in the warmer all day.

Donna's Caribbean Restaurant has multiple locations in South Florida, other states, and the Caribbean. This particular location in Pembroke Pines, FL is a wonderful restaurant with professional and courteous staff. My meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant was clean, including the counters and restrooms. Despite trying other Jamaican restaurants in the area, Donna's remains my top choice. I give this location a five-star rating and will definitely continue dining here in the future.

Upon entering the restaurant, patrons are greeted with a spacious dining area featuring both stand-up and table seating options. The order counter is located towards the back of the restaurant, which can feel a bit crowded when there are many people waiting in line. Donna's, located in Pembroke Pines, is open seven days a week and offers a variety of menu options including breakfast, lunch, entrees, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, sides, and desserts.

I ordered a LARGE oxtail but receive a plate come like a snack size. Just a little stingy, and my rice had little to no gravy! WOW! For $23 you’d think you you’d get more meat than a cough syrup cap full! Who is dishing the plates, are they anorexic? I felt like a child how scarce the the actual oxtails were, you might as well had send a Capri sun juicy juice to go with it! I don’t think I will be ordering again, I will just go to Presidentè and cook my own at my yard. Tuh!

I just ordered from this restaurant through Doordash, I ordered 2 pounds of oxtails with is 25.00 per pound. They sent me 1 oxtails dinner which is 19.00, no explanation or apology. This is very dishonest and a bad way to run a business, if you don't have a item you let the customer know you don't have what they ordered up front, give them the option of canceling the order or changing the order. This is how you run a business, your customer satisfaction and your food quality. We keep hearing support your local business but this is one restaurant that will not get my support. I give them rotten tomatoes 0 stars!!
