Chili's Grill - Pembroke Pines

Wing on a first date with a really great guy. Actually, I was the first date I had for years. the ambiente is beautiful. eating is delicious. the service is impeccable and best is my type the bomb! a home run!

My friend and I have been going to chili for many years. we decided to eat tonight at this chili in pembroke pines. I would first like to say that the waitress we had was an absolute doll. she made us feel nothing but welcome from the second we came in. I would also like to point out that she was not the person who brought our food out, so that no debt goes to her. when the chips and salsa came out, it was more than half empty, and our waitress even realized that and laughed a little before we get another. my friend had ordered the loaded potato soup, but more cheese than suppe! Not to mention koks and koks null was the simple syrup and tasted like cleaning chemicals. the portioning was honestly more fun than anything, especially as I also work in a restaurant. our waitress is the only reason we come back!

Bad service they were foh on nice wisely told and still paid for eating that we did not want because of bad service from the kitchen and management that worked at this night

My second time came here today, and both of them were terrible. the first time I came here was on 5/17/21 to celebrate my sister's birthday. the worker did not greet us at the arrival, and she refused to give us menus. they claimed they had no menus and we had to use the tablet. then she profiled us by staring at us, as we ordered our food and ate what made me uncomfortable. today I came here, and I ordered the pick-two fajita deal for $17.79 which was so small that I immediately switched on him and said: I don't want it; I want to order something else. I ordered the three for me with an appetizer of salsa and chips. the waitress quickly bought the appetizer to the table. the main course took more than 30 minutes. my sister ordered the pasta of seafood, and it was chewing. it wasn't even the crab as it was mentioned on the menu. from shyness, she refused to speak and say that until the last minute. I complained to the waitress and she rolled her eyes and told the assistant manager. he came out of the kitchen and said we can't replace it because it was half eaten. I said, okay. I went forward and asked to talk to the manager. the manager solved the problems (non-cooked eating and never an order for more than 30 minutes.) the manager replaced the pasta, and this time it was properly cooked and included crumbs. my food came out of the kitchen after more than thirty minutes. it was small and it was not worth it. I was charged twice for pasta and almost $100 for three small tellers of food and a plate of uncooked food. they also calculated me $17.79 for the fajita deal I didn't even eat. I am very dissatisfied and appalled. I would never come back here again.

It's good Ole Chili's. Everything we had was great. Our server Veronica was awesome! Bar tender was able to make a custom drink for us. We happily paid the extra up charge for it.I had a new burger they have BBQ something. It was amazing! Although the 6 slices of bacon was 3 regular slices cut in half. ?Daughter had the pasta dish and this time around it was a solid 3 out of 5. Nothing Cajun about it other than some seasoning sprinkled on it. More Alfredo. Something she normally orders so she wasn't to happy. Everyone else however was content.
