Chick-fil-a - Pembroke Pines

This special Chick-fil-A in the Pembroke Pines Mall is completely chaotic. Staff cried around and turned around and asked attentively. The area was a mess, including the card swamp had dried on it soda. Looks like a good brother-in-law imported more than a good customer service. By far one of the worse restaurants I checked this year. No disregard, but this is a leading question that begins with the shift manager when he seemed lost and overwhelmed. Please save this location and return its reputable franchise. Stay away until they hire new employees and supervisors.

Ordered the club got home and it had no bacon on it. Line was long. Service could have been a little more cheerful.

Chick fil a is very good fast food chicken and this location did an excellent job. The chicken and fries were fresh. The cashier was friendly and inviting. I have nothing bad to say.

Every time we order, they forget something. EVERY time! It is the closest location to where we live, and my son loves chick-fil-a nuggets, but I am not going to this one again

I'm not quite sure what all the hype is about regarding Hype and Ling. The quality of the chicken nuggets varies, both fried and unfried. They do earn an extra star for the wafers and the chicken fillet sauce, which were enjoyable. However, the salad was quite bland. The baked chicken sandwich was decent but somewhat dry the first time, and then overly crispy the second time. It still feels a bit unreliable.
