Bento Pembroke Pines

I've gone here in the past. I ordered dinner to go. It was about a 30 minute wait. Meal barely had taste and chicken was more minced then actual pieces. For the amount we paid we were disappointed. (2 teriyaki chicken and 1 Mongolian chicken) It was better in the past sadly.Food: 2/5

I went to this restaurant for the first time two weeks ago and ordered takeout. I got a sushi box and the sushi was excellent. I also ordered a bubble tea to go, which was delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, but I didn't dine in so I can't speak to the full experience. I will definitely be returning in the future. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

The food is delicious. The only issue with this location is that they are slower than the ones in Davie and often run out of boba. However, the food is consistently excellent. This is one of our favorite places to eat. Food: 5/5.

I dined at this restaurant on 6/2/23 and was shocked by my experience. The food was delicious, no doubt about that. However, the service was unprofessional and difficult to watch. The young woman at the front register was lovely, polite, and kind. But when her manager came over to resolve a small issue with the transaction, they proceeded to criticize and scold her right in front of us. It was truly disheartening to witness such poor treatment of an employee. Everyone is constantly learning and growing, and no one deserves to be treated in such a manner. My overall experience was tainted by this unpleasant management encounter. My thoughts go out to the kind woman at the front register and anyone else facing similar issues with management at this establishment.

Workers are really nice! I ordered the orange chicken rice bowl, and it was delicious! Looking for something quick and good, this is the spot!
