Jersey Mike's Subs - Pembroke

The staff is amazing! They work extremely hard and always remembers my order. Best/healthiest subs in town. Highly recommended.

I honestly feel like the servers are really rude or maybe lowkey racist. When I come in there I don't feel wanted or treated like everyone else. It's actually quite sad cause I love the subs. Won't see me step foot in there again though. There Is one lady who is always kind though name might start with a J. Everyone else I encountered was just flat out rude and impatient. If you don't enjoy serving others of all races then get a new job that suits you.

Oh my. I only want Jersey Mike subs. I always get the mini combo. I am full right now. The staff is always friendly. Pembroke NC My friend likes it too.

The food is good but they're work ethic could use improvement. Especially when your got 4 employees working and it takes 15 minutes to get 2 giant subs made

Normally I am very pleased but today was not the case. I placed my order online yesterday for my team holiday lunch, even had someone call to verify, we get there at the designated time and guess what my order had not been touched. The staff found theorder ticket and literally just looked at each other as if they did not know what to do, so now we are waiting for thesandwiches that were already suppose to be prepared and there was not a bit of empathy shown. Maybe next time will be better.
