When we talk about the menu of course, it's on KFC's standar: Super Besar, Combo, and other packets. The chicken are tasty, deep fried with those crunchy yummy skin chicken. Simply delicious. The place is quite enough for the customers because they also got the upper level. But... Since it's the only KFC in town then always in crowded are their last name. We can see there's always queue order lines and full tables. And not spacious parking lot.

The only KFC store in Pematang Siantar, place is not small but not that big either, is a 2 story building, the ACs are not really working so when I visited the store it feels kinda hot inside. Unlucky us, when we ate there, there was no water for us to washing our hand so we use mineral water from bottles we bought, such a pity, that a food store which is really in need of water didn't have the supplies. Not going to talk about the food cause the taste is the same like any other KFC store in Indonesia.

Too crowded. Since you have big demands of customer, please consider to make better queeing and more comfy dining for big numbers of people.
