Taco Bell - Pell City

My order was correct, and the food was hot and fresh. I gave it 4 stars because I think the price for a regular soft taco (just meat, cheese, and lettuce) is a bit high considering you only get 3-4 small bites from each taco.

The customer service here is the best I've experienced in years! There was a bit of chaos with a large order, but they handled it well and even offered a complimentary dessert as an apology, which wasn't even required!

I had an incredible experience today! I believe the manager was the one running the register tonight, and it was a perfect 10/10 experience. The Baja radiation wasn't functioning, but he kindly gave us two other Freizies instead. The team was really on top of things tonight!
