Bidrage med feedbackSo I had an incident with one of those ugly hired or manager if they want to be technically. it has a fairly large between me and the girl in this ratchet business because they do not know how to be professional. So I called the load the next day to talk to the general manager who was not at this moment, so I spoke to another manager and explained everything that happened and asked that the gm contacted me again and left a call number. the next day, she same girl (ashley) I argued with in the load, the manager calls my phone several times and I don't know who it is, but I ignored her and thanked that I, because it the manager ashley called my phone after me? ve left my number in someone else?s hand in the hope to talk to the gm that I still have to do. the girl write to me, rather like harassing me after I realized I didn't answer to the statement? I'm pulling strings, huh? I'm going to be a prank against this business because of harassment and I'm going to submit? ll talk to my lawyer about what else they can be accused
Honestly, there is a wait for food, a long wait, but it taste good so it's kind of worth it. Today I waited an hour for an order,but when I ate it I was so happy. The staff was friendly and personable. They were nasty and two of them had great smiles and continued to smile at everyone. Even when the soda machine was giving her problems she remained pleasant. What I could say that's helpful is to do an online order and pick it up. Everyone that ordered in store did wait a while. Prices, hmm 3 people is easily 50 bucks with even simple order but again the food is maid per order and worth it.
Food came out perfect, customer service was amazing, our host Ashley that took our order was super unbelievably helpful. I?m originally from Dallas! Having dined at so many locations, it was refreshing she made our visit so easy compared to other locations in the NY/CT area! Highly recommend!
I was really disappointed with the customer service here. The staff didn?t properly have on their mask. They seem to be touching everything also working the front and back simultaneously. The food was incredibly salty. The most disappointing part was the size of the thighs. They were only one bite larger than a wing. Once you remove the skin there Is practically no meat on the bone. Doubt I will ever be returning.
My daughter ordered boneless chicken only to get raw chicken when she bit into it. After calling and speaking to the manager, she was given a credit. I then phoned to explain that we prefer to have the money back on her charge card, the manager stated that they are not responsible and that the third party who delivered the food is. I explained that the delivery service is not responsible for the uncooked chicken and that wingstop was paid for the food. I however lost that conversation with the manager. How do you argue about refunding wen you are responsible for cooking the food. This was wrong. She insisted that she is not responsible and that only a credit was the option or to come back for a better plate. No thanks.. we just don?t trust the service and won?t be visiting again.
